Happy Birthday Alexandra!

Last Sunday there was a party at my house for my birthday. I turned one and that is a really really big deal. There were lots of people, presents, food, cake, games and animals. The theme for my party was Jungle and lots of people dressed up. I was a lion with a pretty pink bow in my hair. Roar!

 

I saw PENGUINS!!

Last Sunday, Mummy, Mya and I went to the museum, for awhile I was just happy to cruise around in the pusher checking everything out, then when we got out at the third floor to have a look at this giant squid, i couldnt see properly, so i had to get out and have a closer look and that was it, I wasn’t getting back in the pusher…

I really liked the dinosaur teeth and the dinosaur bones, they were in this cabinet at just the right height for me… Amazing, Mummy wanted me to come and see something else, but I just kept steering her back to the bones.

 

Eventually I got bored with them and we moved on… and what do you know, around the corner there were PENGUINS!!! And they were like three times bigger than me and I could just lean on the window and bang the window and they didn’t run away.. There were birds there too and they didn’t fly away.. It was sooo cool.  And then like, Mummy pointed out that there were some doggies in another window and doggies are cool, so I took off to see the doggies and they were ok for a bit and then what do you think was around the next corner, PENGUINS!!! and this time I could touch them and walk around them… And I could sit on the shelf and reach out and pat them.. It was really really great.

Gran is making my birthday cake for my birthday party coming up this weekend, and so last weekend she had to do a trial run to make sure it would turn out okay. And since my Uncle Greg and Aunty Nicole and all my cousins were over from Pt Lincoln, we had a little birthday dinner with them and we had cake! with icing!! and smarties!!! When Mummy made banana cake it didn’t have any of the extras.. I love extras!! icing and smarties are sooo yummy!!

New tunnel

The other day we got a new fridge, which is great and all, but what was even better was that I got a new tunnel! It’s really long and really big and goes on and on and on…

Mummy made me a Jungle box

My Mummy is sooo clever, she made me a box that is like a jungle with trees and animals on it and the animals have like googly eyes, and then she made these sticks that have like magnets on the end and I can catch them animals with the sticks… however before she made the sticks i found a much easier way to catch them animals…..
